    No tiers of support, no passing the ticket. The same people who run the desk curate the list and answer the phone at 3am.

    We measure the quality of an outcome before the quantity of them. The dashboard follows the work; the work does not follow the dashboard.

    Editorial standards, operational craft.

    We hold writing, software, and service to the same bar. If it is going out under our name, it is considered.

    Remote-first, US-based.

    Distributed by default with hubs in New York and Denver. The people you work with live in the same timezones as the members you serve.
