  • How does account sharing work on Lux Circle?
    Lux Circle covers up to four people under a single account. Each person can reach the assistant team directly, with shared context across the household so the team treats it as one coordinated operation.
  • What can't my assistant handle?
    Your assistant doesn't provide medical, legal, or financial advice, and won't execute illegal tasks or anything requiring a licensed professional. They will, however, research, book, and coordinate with the licensed professionals you engage.
  • How do I cancel or change plans?
    Membership is month-to-month and can be canceled anytime. To cancel or switch between Lux Solo and Lux Circle, reach out to your assistant team directly or contact support.
  • Is Approved Lux the same as Lux Traveler?
    No. Approved Lux is a standalone personal assistant service — the page you're on. Lux Traveler is the higher tier of the Approved Traveler product and includes an assistant bundled with travel benefits. If travel is your primary use case, Lux Traveler may be a better fit; if you need a full personal assistant across every area of life, Approved Lux is the service.
