- When can I reach them?

- Do you need access to my email or calendar?
- No. We never log into your accounts. You tell us what needs doing and we work alongside your accounts, not inside them.
- Can one plan cover my partner or family?
- Lux Circle covers up to 4 people on one account, and the team keeps shared context for everyone on it. The trial is Solo only.
- How does the 7-day trial work?
- You pay $9.99 today for 7 days of Lux Solo, with the full team from your first request. On day 8 the membership continues at $99.99/month until you cancel. Cancel before then and you won't be charged again. The $9.99 isn't refunded, and the trial is for new members only.
- What if I want to cancel?
- Both plans are month to month with no contract. Cancel anytime. On the trial, cancel before day 8 and there's no further charge.
