    Every Approved Traveler account includes up to 10 family members — all with full access to the same rates, inventory, and benefits. No add-on fees, no per-person surcharges. Couple's getaways and multi-generational reunions travel under one account.
  • What is the 110% Best Value Guarantee?
    Find a lower publicly available price for the same booking online, and Approved Traveler refunds 110% of the difference. Not 100% — 110%. It removes price anxiety from every reservation.
  • How do Reward Credits work?
    Every dollar you spend earns Reward Credits. They don't expire and they don't devalue. Apply them toward maintenance fees, resort usage fees, annual renewal, or redeem them as eGift cards across the US, Mexico, Canada, Costa Rica, Australia, and the UK.
  • I already own a timeshare — what can I do with it?
    Deposit up to 5 weeks per year through V.O.I.C.E. and convert them into platform-wide credits, swap them for stays at other member properties with no exchange fee, or list them for rent in the member Marketplace with no listing fee.
  • What is Boomerang Member Share?
    Share your member access with family and friends. When they complete hotel or car reservations through your shared access, you earn Reward Credits on their bookings. A referral engine built into the platform.
  • Is Lux Traveler the same as Approved Lux?
    No. Lux Traveler is the higher tier of the Approved Traveler platform — it adds a personal assistant team on top of the full travel benefits. Approved Lux is a separate standalone product.
  • How do I cancel or renew?
    Membership is annual and renews yearly. To cancel or manage renewal, reach out to support by phone or live chat — available around the clock.
